Company Profile
Our company was founded in 1986 to develop and manufacture an innovative new technology for membrane switch keypads. This new product was subsequently commercialised under the brand name ClickTouch and patented in Belgium, Europe and the USA.
In 1989, the company became part of the Arbed-Sidmar now Arcelor-Mittal) Group, a leading steel manufacturer. Within 12 months, we had developed a European distribution network and moved to a purpose-built manufacturing site in Gavere, Belgium.
In 1999 a Management Buy-Out took place.
As from January 1, 2003 the company name changed into Clicktouch N.V. During the same year, a joint venture was formed in Canada and Clicktouch America was born.
In the past years we have steadily extended our existing manufacturing centre in Belgium, having added increased production facilities, and expanded our in-house research, design and development services. As a result of this expansion, we are able to offer an even higher standard of quality, availability and technical support.
Since our formation, we have developed into a successful, dynamic business that offers customers throughout the world a range of innovative, high-quality products and services. We offer complete HMI solutions, from outline to end product. Clicktouch collaborates with diverse industries and has already developed many quality projects for prestigious customers.
