Business Development
As Business Development Manager you will identify technological demands and opportunities in the market, research and prepare strategic cooperations, define upscale opportunities, and provide consultation on internal improvements and company strategies. This role involves staying informed about market trends, conducting and developing strategic plans for business expansion. The Manager will collaborate with R&D, product, and sales teams to drive innovation and achieve growth objectives.
Strategic Marketing
You will be responsible for driving strategic marketing initiatives to identify new target markets, assess opportunities according to the Business Model Canvas, create concepts for efficient market development, and contribute to communication, product, and technology strategies. This role involves conducting market research, analyzing competitor activities, developing marketing plans, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align strategies with organizational goals.
Overseeing the implementation and execution of DACH communications, including web content, online marketing, newsletters, social media, PR, SEO, and SEA. You will be responsible for lead generation through media and direct contact, managing the sales development process, and providing personalized support to selected key accounts. Monitoring performance metrics and optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI are also key responsibilities.
